Scouts Association of Malaysia, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia (PPM), Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur) is one of the 17 scout state in Malaysia.

It was registered on 26 Sept 1910, although some facts show it started on 15 March 1909, when Kuala Lumpur was still part of Selangor. Victoria Institution was the born place for scouting in Kuala Lumpur by Mr Bennett Eyre Shaw.

Kuala Lumpur was separated from Selangor when made a Federal Territory on 1st February 1974. In 1980 Kuala Lumpur scouts was separated from Selangor’s scout state. On 27 February 1983, PPM recognized Kuala Lumpur as a scout state on its’ own and the presentation of the certificate was made on that day at the Castle Camp in Jalan Padang Tembak.
